I’m fluent in Urdu, but how do I go about learning Punjabi? Is it easy to learn?

As with any language, the more you use it the more you retain it. I would suggest listening to Punjabi music and going through the lyrics. I know a lot of people who got a fair grasp of Punjabi using this method. Also, make friends who speak Punjabi and talk to them.
Punjabi isn't wildly different from Urdu - The basic and more simpler words and sentences.
I speak fluent Punjabi and I learnt it simply by listening to my parents talk to each other in Punjabi.

Watch Punjabi movies easy to pick up language from films these days… 
Practice makes perfect though so try and meet other speakers and also get yourself some music as GDISA suggested

You can learn Punjabistani swear words and their meanings by watching 'Bandit Queen' Not a typical bollywood movie, but it's how I learnt all those words I heard in my childhood.
