I am not sure about financial part but everyone thinks that they are emotional stable. My 6 yrs old thinks that she is and who knows maybe she is more than me, but I am still married and she is far from it.

When you find the right person. Want to spend your life with them and not just to fulfil urges/succumb to the first rishta you get/mummy, daddy and random relatives say it is time for you to settle down.

Emotional, mental and financial stability are important too.

also when u end up giving more eidi than you actually get....thats a solid indicator right there. You need some bachay to level the playing field.
