Oh, I forgot the most important thing.
Any sincere words after reciting bismillah..... and the dua of speach would touch the listener's heart as Allah would (inshaAllah) put "barakah" in it to make it effective.
Dua of speech:
RABBISHRAH LII SADRII
O My Lord! expand me my chest
*WA YASSIR LIII AMRII *
Ease my task for me
WAHLUL UQDATAM-MIL-LISAANII
And remove the impediment from my speech
YAFQAHUU QAWLII
So they may understand what I say
