You find a man to pick up the glue board that has the live mouse stuck on it, put it in a plastic/trash bag and take it as far away from you as possible.

All this when you are standing on the sofa,kinda screaming and keeping eyes closed but still keeping an eye on him,to make sure the mouse does not run away (from personal experience..!!)
