and this seems to be a problem for you. You should be grateful that your in laws take care of the household for you. Yes they may not be asking you what to cook and which bedsheet to use in guest bedroom, but that only shows that they also take care of this house as their own and not as guests living in it. Beleive me, many in laws do that and dump everything back on the bahu to take care of. You are in a much better situation.
