I am an introvert when it comes to coping with sorrow. I pray to Allah and Allah is the only one who gives me sabr.

I'm in line with AQ. Believe it or not, the recitation of Quranic verses, or just listening to it can uplift a believer's spirits. Atleast that's what i've found to work for me.
