Spinach lite cream thing on the everything bagel from Canadian bagel? K , that's just down the road for me -- i've surely got to try it now.
I like the, hai it's so good, the apple cinammon bagel wity strawberry-raspberry cream on. It's heaven! So much so if the bagel is toasted..which warms up the cream & the cream is oozy like anything. Mind you, this is one of my favourite "cuisines" on campus! ;)
DB i think you eat the bagel with banaspati ghee..otherwise u would not call it a bagle

For breakfast it's the sesame bagel toasted with a slice of cheddar and a slice or two of tomato. Lightly dusted with salt and pepper.
For lunch it's an everything bagel with tuna salad, mustard, mayo, tomato and finally crowned with a slice of swiss cheese.
Yummy.
Kohal… I bet u like the Mc’s Strawberry shortcake Mcflurry as well rite? 
Nah. I’m not in for the sweet sugary stuff when it comes to muchin… me like salty phings. Yes U gotta try out the spinich lite.
Fraudia ji, peer ji… give me one good convincing reason, why angel doesn’t rhymes with bagle, or bagel? I mean c’mon angle and then bagel…why doesn’t bagel sounds same as bay-gel, but rather bagel = bay-gul, and angel = ayn-gel?

love bagels. they substitute for a missed meal any time.
my fav would be a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese, or sesame seeds if i feel like it. but anything with even a hint of cinnamon or raisins
