Don't think about it too much. If it's a mood swing ..you ll get over it soon. If you are ACTUALLy physically sick...sleep. Other then that, you ll live through it.

When I feel like that, I watch my favorite shows like Friends to cheer me up or a funny movie. Also, sleeping is a blessing :D

Sleeping or eating junk food esp chocolate. Or drink tea and watch oprah.

i think changing the evironment helps. if u are feeling blue at home, just don't stay on bed all day or in front of tv. go out for shopping, buy anything you like

P.S. keep the receipt, and return everything later.

Its called PMS and many girls experience it just before their menstrual cycle. Symptoms include irritability, weepiness, mood swings, breast soreness, bloating, weight gain, acne, food cravings, fatigue, headaches, abdominal cramps, and lower back pain. The most effective thing u can do is eat healthy,avoid excessive sugar and salt. Also you can have calcium tablets,they help a lot of women.ohh and not to forget...excercise!

Pre-period blues can be reduced by taking a multivitamin, eating healthy (avoiding sugary foods), and exercising.

It has been found that people who are depressed are often low in vitamin B. And menstruating women can be low in iron levels, which aggravates the symptoms of PMS. So be sure to take a vitamin pill. Sugar foods can make moodiness worse during PMS and exercise will help to lift your mood. Praying namaz regulary also bring a sense of calm. If you're upset because of bad things that happened in the past, don't dwell on the negative. Simply redirect yourself. Get up and engage yourself in a more positive activity (exercising, shopping, talking to friends, watching a movie, cooking, etc).

yeah i know exactly how you feel, i always warn hubby in advance and hell take me out for a nice meal or shopping and that does help change of environment will help. i know you might not feel like talking but sometimes a good natter to a best mate also helps

I warn hubby in advance and then he makes sure he stay's away or else he's in the firing line!!!

Regular intake of eveneing primrose oil helps with PMS symptoms :)

funny I do the same exact thing! FRIENDS works wonders and so does drinking hot chocolate while watching it:)

ahhhh cuddle up with the latest fashion mags as well---read less see more:)
