**Let’s say you have an 18 hour flight, how would you keep your selves entertained in the airplane?
Read a book? listen to some tapes? what else??
Are you the type of person who can easily fall asleep in the plane??

K, this is what you do.
Before going on the plane, Smoke a dooby. then when you are on the plane, ask for a pillow and some Advil etc. and go to sleep till you land.

I always take a book on board with me. I also find that doing word searches helps the time pass.

Watch films and sleep. If you sit next to someone interesting then the time'll just fly by.

Just what I needed…ideas for a 24 hour flight. And I usually can’t even sleep on the plane.

I know its not allowed to use Wireless.
But I use it during plain flight
Laptop with wireless and some songs and movies...
when I dont have its company then a mp3 player to listen some songs and see faces around me lol

then you'll be too paranoid to fall asleep.
what i normally do is read some good books/magz, watch some good movies, listen to some music.

My last flight from NY to Dubai i watched the 3 LOTR movies, back to back.

Some of them do have!!! These wireless services were allowed after reserch that the mobile and other wireless waves do not interupt the signles needed to operate aeroplane. But I think again they have banned it....

movies. On one 9 hour flight, I managed to watch 4 movies. Straight back to back. The remainder of the time was spent eating, peeing, and watching take-off/landing.

The question is...how do you keep kids entertained. And most importantly how do you keep them from screaming and crying? My secret is lollypops. As a last resort obviously, after the books and crayons and snacks. Once they're eating their candy then I can close my eyes for atleast 5 seconds.
