its a pity i dont get angry that often

i don't have many options. some times i go for walk in heavy snow with vanilla ice cream and some times i play loud music and sit in a corner for while.

at tiems i dont..att imes by telling myself ki its useless to be angry...by reading la haula wala quwwata illah billah a number of times..or inna lillah a number of times..but i usually avoid talkign to ppl when i'm angry n pissed
