They learned it from Israel , kill random people then claim that they were bad guys. If their intelligence was so accurate then they will have captured Osama or must have confirmed that he is dead.
Everybody in North Waziristan is not a terrorist and everybody is not innocent either. But drones should only be used against an organized enemy not against an invisible enemy.

Pretty soon they will commit a drone strike on Pakistani Military camp by mistake and would then apologize for the mistake. Why not give those drones to Pakistan Air Force , they will use them in a more efficient way.

Anyone can be more efficient than the Americans they have first world technology and still are losing a war in Afghanistan despite outnumbering the enemy over 5 to 1.
As General Mathis the new Commander of Central Command (kya title rakah hain!) said in an interview to US based Journalists who asked how a first world Army was losing.... replied.
"Your right the Taliban has no Tanks, no Helicopter Gunships or aircraft of any kind.... but the reason we are facing difficuilty is becuase it's thier country"....
