Lol that’s jokes.
As far as food goes, it’s tough but people should try to just stop. I used to drink 1-2 cans of coke a day. I swear that stuff is addictive. But I stopped and now I actually prefer water over pop. Same with chocolate and candy. If you quit (easier said than done, I know) the craving will go away.
Otherwise…well, there is this thing called exercise.

How do i avoid temptation? Well for food ..i try not to stuff too much food at one time. As far as other things like spending money recklessly..i remind myself about people from other part of the world who are less unfortunate. As far as sexual temptation its always there.
