Seriously, you avoid temptations by keeping yourself busy and keeping your mind distracted and telling yourself, its just not worth it.

I was so tempted to buy the PS3 when it came out in 2006 but I resisted and didn’t buy it, just bought it this year after the prices went down a lot

I LOVE LOVE chocolates, but when I go to do grocery I juts don’t buy them… I don’t even go into that aisle, cuz then I will gobble them all up like crazy… I just take my list of grocery items, buy those and get out of the store :hinna:.

na the more i try to not think about it the more my mind thinks about it.

and i’m the same with chocolate, i stay the farthest away from the aisle full of chocolates and sweets that’s as far as i get to resistance
