oh yeah you bet she does, its not a unique situation, look up county tax rates and then see home values and figure it out. while home prices are going down, our county infomred us that our house was assessed at yet a higher value again so our taxes will be going up.
oh ok, yeah I wasn't counting the $450K house price.
I just bought a house in Houston, and my tax rate is 3.23.
