Does it even matter who is right, or who is wrong? Does the outcome matter, since enforcing anything in Pakistan is difficult?
For example, I was reading this blog called Plastic Desis and some doctors gave out the name of their patients. I don’t know what kind of doctor-patient privacy laws they have in Pakistan, but let’s say they did, how would that court case play out?
