So there is a special atta for roti? I have whole wheat atta from the regular grocery store, but MIL also mentioned she gets different atta for roti.

I have used both the golden temple one (which I get from the Indian store) and the King Arthur whole wheat flour (from the regular grocery store)…both work fine.
