How do I upload a profile picture?

I am somewhat new to this site and I can not find how to upload a profile picture. I have found a way to upload an album, but nothing for my actual profile picture. Can anyone please help?

you will need to have 1500 posts before u can upload your own desired pic as your avatar. till then u will have to survive on gs's custom avatars
