Never thought I would be asking this question here on GS!!
Insha Allah next month I start some fertility treatment; it’s crucial for this that I am on time with my period this month. To regulate my cycle I went back on the Pill (Dianette) last month for one cycle only. Day 21 pill was taken on Sunday but as yet I have no period!!!
I have been on this BCP before, but I can’t remember when bleeding started when I took the 7 day break…
Anyone enlgighten me what to expect?
Also, how do I ‘bring on’ my period? Considering it’s Ramzan so I can’t sit all day munching on so called garam khana!!
Any help much appreciated!!!
Typical, all these years I wait for Period to not arrive and then I want it to and it doesn’t!!!
dried up dates (chhu-haaray) and pineapples work for me. I have used these to speed up the cycle before travelling or umrah. I have heard these both are natural abortificants too.
tinned pineapples: yes. i binge on a tins or two over 2-3 days an ta-da !! :)
Thanks guys....I will try all these suggestions...
Such a shame that I fell asleep yesterday after Isha............didn't get up when hubby came home so didn' make dessert!!

Although I have horrid PMS..just cried for no apparent reason too...so hope it's on the way!!!
Insha allah I will succeed with my plans..
Remember me in your duas people!
Welll...ate all that stuff yesterday and thought I had come on....but alas nothing!!!!!
I have the feeling in my stomach like I am about to come on.......
Please Allah Pak....make my dream come true in this blessed month.....
Going to go ASDA and get some of that dried papaya......
*Barfii *- Thanks; please pray for me and hubby. May Allah accept our dua and give us success in what we are about to tackle in this holy month. Insha Allah
hi...vitamin e capsules, usually 200 or 400 mg twice a day, help in regular periods. i dont know abt "speeding" it up...but they give most girls regular 28 day cycles, so long as there are no other hormonal imbalances...
if ure in pk, u can get them under the name of evion.
