mix -
besan, haaldi, olive oil, lemon juice and milk into a thick paste.
Apply at night let dry and gently rub off and then rinse.
Continue and see the glow.

Besan = Chickpea Flour or Gram Flour
Haldi = Turmeric

It’s very good for exfoliating and haldi has healing properties.
I’m not dark either and I’m a boy but I LOVE to give myself a full body ubtan and sing “sajna jai mujhe sajna ke liyay” whilst I’m doing it.

PF i've given the recipe for a basic ubtan in the Glowing Brides thread, yes it does give a great glow to u're face =)
