I love this type of look for biryani too! It really adds to the taste (maybe it’s the fact that it looks better that makes it taste better)

Anyways, try adding the food colouring after each layer. That way when you dish is up like that (make sure to not mix it up too much), it won’t all turn orange and will have some white, yellow, light orange and dark orange colours going on.

p.s. replying to this at 11pm at night and now the hunger strikes again. Seriously craving Biryani right now
