Hi Nadz.. Koftay ki recipe is as follows:

Two cups mince meat.. make sure its very well drained.
In a chopper, add half an onion and give it one run. then add green chillies , half tsp ginger and half tsp garlic paste , half cup fresh corriander , give it a run .. then add the mince meat... and half tsp salt, half tsp red chilli powder and half tsp garam masala... and one egg. Mix it all .. but dont give it more then 4-5 runs or else Keema will become runny.
Take it out and make balls , keep aside.

now chop two large onions .. start frying them in oil, when browned , add ginger and garlic paste like the usual basic masala. Then add the powder spices ( salt, red chilli powder, haldi ) ... when the oil has separated , add tomatoes , upto about half a cup ( I normally blend them in the blender , it gives a very nice texture to the salan ) ... cook it for about 15 minutes ... add one cup water ... lower the fire .. and start adding the kofta's in the pot. cover the pot and let it cook on slow fire .. dont stir coz it will break the kofta's ... stir after 15 minutes ...

If you need more gravy, add some more water at this stage and cook for another 20 minutes. sprinkle some fresh corrainder and you are done.
