Simply explain her your reasons, and she might understand. Be sure the two of you are alone when you tell her, otherwise she might feel like you're making fun of her.

hold her hands, look into her eyes with a gentle smile and tell her how wonderful of a woman she is. Recount all of her good qualities and things(even if they are few) that you like about her. While caressing her hand tell her that she deserves someone much much better than yourself. And this is not going to work out.
PS. as you can figure out this shoudl work when you atleast some acquantiance.

What amuses me, is that you (dutch paki bhai jaan) actually thought that any guy here would have any experience in this thing? Alien concept. If you ask them ways on how to phansa a girl, I am sure they will be more than happy to oblige, but to ditch... oops! You will get only theoretical answers.
