Bleach your face maybe (using a bleach safe for face)...... you're not in Pakistan or I would recommend getting a whitening facial done.

take VLCC silver facial if its available there or use oatmeal mix with milk and apply as a pack ,after 10 minutes rub and remove it your skin will become lighter.or you can mix one spoon oatmeal ,one spoon yougart,one spoon honey mix them well and apply as a face pack,you skin will becom even and fair.
