It worked! My whole purpose of posting here today (a conspiracy coproduced with upper echelons of GS management and hence Muzna and Fraudia were unware of it) was to fish out (no pun) the old leecher guppie lurkers (again no pun). And look who showed up! I’ll take my trophy now **

once you have enough guppies in a tank, there'll be enough of them in there to eat up their own fry. unless you separate the young or have lots of plants and hiding places, they wouldnt really increase in number.
an oscar would eat all your guppies - fry and adult up, for appetizers. plus he'd need a 100 gallon tank before you know it.

abay chup, not only has she been around, she has given me an earful about my arrogance, just cuz I pointed out that desis need to bathe more often, buy civilized clothing, wash their clothes, and use deodorant.

I had no idea that Oscars grow that fast.
Can you recommend some other species that will do the same job as the Oscar but not grow as quickly? I guess I'll just have to give up the pretty tails.
The tank is pretty small....only 20 gallons.

As for the Nikah, I think she is qualified enough to perform that herself…It doesn’t have to be Fahashi if she doesn’t want it…
