I’m not a fatty, but I’m also not ripped, I’m in the middle. I started doing lots of abdominal exercises and then I heard on tv that ab exercises only strengthen you abs so I stopped doing those exercises.
What exercises do I do to gain some definition in the abdominal area? I don’t want a six pack maybe just a four pack.
I cannot run and I will not run, so please do not suggest running. I do not own a bike so that’s also something I can’t do either. Also, I can’t go to the gym.
