How do I delete a thread or post I've made?

It is very important that I delete some thread/posts I’ve made. I have emailed the moderators and nobody has responded, please advice.

maybe none of them are online yet... if it was posted within 24 hrs then you can edit yourself... otherwise just wait for a mod...
