You’re probably already mature and serious. It’s just the people around you are immature, so they don’t see your “matureness” but either way. No matter how “mature” you behave or get with older age, the ones who’ve known you your whole life will never see this mature side to you. You’ll still be judged as being someone who is always immature. Just continue being you, no point in stopping to doing things that others don’t like, cause even if you try hard for 10yrs+, one mistake and everyone will just be like “see, she never changed” and you’re back to square one. I’m just speaking from experience.
