I knw once ur expected and report +ve. and after few days if bleedng then it mis carriage. another symptoms.

If you have a confirmed pregnancy (blood test/ultrasound/urine test etc) and then you experience bleeding, it may or may not be a miscarriage. You need to go to a doctor and again, have a blood test for hcg level count or an ultrasound to confirm.
It all depends on how far you are along in gestation.
As far as a normal period, well that would happen if you have not fertilized an egg and your menstrual cycle is on time.

Well, actually if you are trying to conceive and get a period which is heavier than normal, it can be a sign of miscarriage. Many pregnancies end that way and one doesn’t even know it.
