Re: How did you tell your friends you were getting married?
I told people gradually after the nikah was done. I insisted on meeting my wife to be (at that time) before I would agree. I didn’t want to create hype for a wedding if it wasn’t happening. We were engaged for less than a week before we got married. Then I’d tell friends about it gradually as I met them or chatted with them online.
