Worshiping Allah does not necessarily mean just standing on the musalla/prayer rug all the time. If a Muslim is fulfilling all the mandatory ritualistic forms of worship of Allah , his/her every act becomes an act of worship/ebadat. His sleep , his walk , his talk , his time spent in seeking halal income all become worship of Allah. If he/she is driving car and saying tasbeeh in his/her heart that act becomes ebadat/praying/worship. If he/she is running or jogging and saying tasbeeh that act becomes worship of Allah. If he/she is cooking food and saying tasbeeh then it becomes ebadat/prayer/worship.
One do not have to go sit in a corner or go in the jungle to pray/worship/ebadat Allah(SWT).
So in the end all 75 years of his/her age might have been spent in praying. It is not hard to pray/worship/ebadat Allah. Some people have made it so by attaching un necessary personal notions and choices to praying to Allah.
