Why I keep hearing stuff about Dr Salam, and statements like “we disowned him”
"we did not appreciate "
Yet post after post mentioning it, Which make it clear we do appreciate him a lot.
Its imposible for pakistani to not to take pride in him, since we only had one noble prize up till now.
Why do we keep thinking we did not do justice to Dr. Abdul Salam ?
Are we sleep talking once again, saying thing with out thinking ?

I think people are angry for Malala stating she’s honored to be the first Pakistani winner of the Peace Prize and it’s bringing him back into the discussion since he was the first but he won in Physics and she won in the peace category..

The fac t that the guy left country multiple times due to his disagreement with the country’s stance on minorities…tells you a lot

Never heard about disowning him in my life …only read about it on gupshup…recently by some ABCDs.

Dr. Abdul Qadeer ka bhi yahi haal hai…he was mistreated by the government a lot more than Dr. salam.

Whosoever desecrated his grave were blind haters…but do they represent the whole Pakistan? If they do then I’m fully prepare to hold the whole Pakistani nation responsible.
Btw, why do you always have to bring people’s parents and kids in your conversation…then you complain people pick on some certain aspects of your personal life. Just saying.
PS: don’t want to earn your wrath but I must defend my kids…My kids are third culture children.

I don’t know.. and I don’t call pople non muslim.
But ahmadiay have some pretty funny belief, Just because One dude won noble prize does not mean,
I have to agree with stuff they say.
As a group of people in pakistan they should have freedom and security.
More shame full is, a nation of 180Million only have one and half noble prize.
Try to pay attention to this more then, muslamize Dr Salam(RIP)…
