thats not fraud, because you have paid into the system. You have worked for the benefits you are receiving. I am talking about people who never work a day and take advantage of the “free” money the government gives out.
But I dont think banning immigration of Pakistanis (as suggested by EDAL) is the answer either, because there are many many Pakistanis who immigrate here (the west) and work hard for a living. We cant generalize and say that ALL of them do it, because there are people from all countries around the world who also pull this fraud.
