I know a few pakistani girls who have done this (get immigration in Canada, go back to Pakistan, come to Canada to have babies, register everything here, then go back to Pakistan but still collect child tax benefits). It really irks me!

Yea, and legally they can’t. There are certain requirements in order to collect child tax benefit. If they don’t reside in Canada they can’t. I don’t get how people don’t realize this is FRAUD and stealing. You don’t have to rob a bank to be a thief.
