I think it doesn't just depend on your way of life, but also what kind of body structure you have. And some people age better than others.
There are people who look better at an older age. In real life Pitt and diCaprio for example don't seem to age that well, but someone like (Hugh) Grant is looking better now that he's older than when he was younger (without plastic I think, or am I wrong about that?).
But with all this talk about looks, no matter how fun it is, I guess we shouldn't forget that someones character and/or work are more important.
