There are many strange characters in PPP. But one that always come to my mind is our Education Minister, the senior PPP leader, Mir Hazar Khan Bijarani.
Think of the state of education in our country when people like Bijarani are responsible for such important ministry. Here is his very famous “credential”. BTW, he is still the minister:

The feud began in 1997, when Miandad Banglani was murdered in a shoot-out between Hafiz Qamaruddin and Ali Yar Banglani groups over Karo-Kari in village Kamal Magsi, District Kashmore.

Here is another PPP federal minister, Abdul Qayyum Jatoi. The guy not only admits that PPP politicians are corrupt but he actually calls it their right.
The guy was later removed by Gilani, but I don’t think any criminal investigation was initiated to find out corruption he himself admitted in that program.

Here is the favorite of all, Zulfiqar Mirza, proudly claiming how he was slogans against Pakistan. Had Zardari not been there he would have continued with his treason against the country.

It's a reminder to everyone.
There is one thing to "allege" something and then there is something which is proven and can not be defended.** A party which does not take action against its members whose actions are PROVEN, has no right to get people's votes.**
For example, Zardari is called Mr. 10%, but it is not proven. He gets benefit of doubt. But not the people I am mentioning here. Something like "Ya Allah Ya Rasool, Benazir Bequsoor" can not be used against these people. And yet these people are still working at top tiers of the party.
I will have similar thread about PMLN as well. I already has one character in mind: Rana Sanaullah.

Last month they won AJK
Last year they won GB.
They won most of the bye election
People still vote them with all the problems and reports of ......
People still vote MQM knowing all about them.
What a people
What a nation.
They knew that their all leaders are having most of their open or secret,
chandah, bhattah, looted money abroad, Even their children, legal or ....... are abroad.
They still like them and vote them.
I knew about PPP ruling elite.
You knew about british national leader .
others know about N$ and Dirty Khan
but they still support them.

I don't think he exposed anything. But I don't understand why you won't talk against someone who himself says that he went against Pakistan.

If you agree that PPP leadership does not take action against its members whose corruption and wrongdoings are indefensible then promise one thing. You won't vote for them the next time.

Peoples party might win the next elections too, not because of their super duper performance but there is no real opposition to them at present. PMLN is the only opposition party but it has not been able to make inroads into other provinces, and it might not even get the same seats in Punjab and Hindko belt of KP as the government might go for Siraiki and Hindko provinces as an election manifesto plus using PMLQ to dent PMLN's votes in Punjab (besides the performance of Shahbaz Sharif has been average too).
What other alternatives have we got realistically? People will be voting for PPP, PMLN, PMLQ, MQM, PTI and religious parties based upon their preferences. The flipflop attitude of Nawaz Sharif will ensure that other parties might align themselves with PPP instead of PMLN in the coming elections.
