from what i know. one ‘hundi wala’ sit in foreing country and another is local country. The sender gives money to foreign ‘hundi wala’ and he calls his fellow in local country and says to him hand-over such and such amount to this person. There is no actuall transaction.

amd, that’s why it’s illegal…the local Govt looses valuable foreign exchange as well. lack of any processing record constitutes illegality in the eyes of law.
