Hundiwalas operate illegally…they can be caught anytime anywhere…i’m talking about those people who use their services…you have to do your transactions legally through banks and other legal financial institutions. any other way would constitute illegal transaction…you have to leave a paper trail where the money can be traced to the original sender…you have to show how you obtained the money legally, tell them the purpose of transaction and also provide the names and addresses of the recipients.
