Please help me to make an outfit like this…how can i wear this?..i mean…ummmm…i think she’s wearin’ a double shirt and there is a knot in the back of the shirt…

well yes it seems like a double shirt to me too..... n the knot at the back, well maybe its for the better-fitting purpose.

That's a really pretty outfit. :) and looks fab with sleeves. Ask the GS designers for quotes. Lovely choice!

if u r in pak so kia masla hai go to any gud tailor n discuss.there r places where any style can b copied..or find some home based designer nearby.

i agree you will definatly get a better copy too and it will be a lot cheaper, i asked if you lived in the uk as i can cater for clients here is it is more difficult to find someone who can copy designs here, most designs i do myself by hand, where as in pakistan the work is first done ny a kaam wala then sewn by a taylor

teh way its NOt a double shirt. wthere are different kinds of Alines. just ask him to sticth it like that and i dont wnat a double shirt its liek that from the waist

for myself i'll go with attached double shirt stitched together rather than a dorry at the back like an apron.

When I see a picture of an outfit that I like, I print that picture out and have a professional tailor sew me an outfit in that design. I don't know where you live. Living in Pakistan makes it easier to get access to tailors. Since I live in the US, I send the pics to my aunt in Pakistan who gets them sewn for me and then sends them.
It's a lovely outfit. First of all, start with the materials. Do you want exactly that color or a different color. Buy the cloth (of the correct material) in the color of your choice. There is a fancy braid in the middle of the kurta. So go to a fabric store that sells braids and select a huge embellished braid band of your choice. You can pick a braid with embroidery or one with jewels attached to it (that would look cute). Then get the outfit professionally sewn according to your measurements (you can use a kurta from your closet as a measuring guide). This will save you time especially if you're like me and don't know how to sew, lol.
