I live in pak and I seriously doubt if fresh milk is good enough for babies. It smells so bad
I am sorryyyy if I am annoying you with my questions but does any of you has experience or know someone who continued breastfeeding while pregnant? She is 9 months old already do just three more months to go. I love breastfeeding its so convenient.

Chic i m in pak too. Had my baby’s appt a few days ago n ped said not to give fresh milk in pak b4 2 years. She said its cuz milk is already diluted wid water n wat not n she alao tjot my baby isnt getting enuf protein from milk..he has thin hair. So she said to continue wid formula since its fortified..n recommended nido.

I know chaachi I can nottttt trust fresh milk in pak. Once I got to hear a convo between my daughters doc and another mommy and the doc was totally against fresh milk. He was like beshak milk pack de dain but dont gove fresh milk as its hygiene is a big question mark.

Yah. I was shocked wen his ped said that. I never thot this was the case in pak. I m thinking of starting prema. Heard its gud but havent asked his doc about that yet.

Sorry but that is crazy. At 4 months old, your doctor suggested cows milk over formula?? Wth. As for mango, banana and Rooh Afza- they’re all very very high in sugar and should NOT be given to kids that young. Of course he’s “taking it happily”- he’s being dosed with huge amounts of sugar! Stop hanging out with these ridiculous moms and find a new doctor. And seriously, stop with the Rooh Afza!

U r right huge amount of suger in fruits bt its natural. And i didnt add too much. I made shake for myself and dilute it in milk then gave to him.
4 month too early bt that time i didnt give daily. Start i just give him 1 ounce alternative days.
Now at 9 months , i am givng him 1 bottle daily of 4 ounces wid very little rooh afza.
Actualy i am too much weak nw as i had prob of spot bleedng for 8 months. N i thinkng instead of rooh afza i take complan.
And main thng is that here in pak specialy middle clas, prefer fresh milk over pkd yh formula milk.
