Its bad. Its stripping your natural color/oil off of your hair shaft…that cannot be good. But its the only way to lift color right away.

As for repeatedly dying…well when its done over a period of time you can try to control the damage a little bit in between. Its still damage but to a little lesser degree.

It can go back but everyone’s hair is different. I’ve bleached my hair once…and it took a while to get back to normal. My hair is curly and by default - dry. Bleach dried it out and I lost some of it. It felt like straw and I never did it again. Some peoples’ hair can handle it well…they have enough hair…their hair is healthy enough to sustain some of the damage and for them its alright.

Hmm… I’m torn between bleaching it or trying “Color Oops” I naturally have an oily scalp and hair that gets oily really fast, so i’m hoping if I do end up bleaching it, the after effects won’t be too bad.
