Sorry guys, to me clingy-ness is if your partner starts freaking out if you have to go to the bathroom (an extreme example of the kind of behaviour I'm alluding to). Otherwise, in any healthy relationship (long distance or not) the people involved will want to spend time together and want to speak to each other. And I don't know any good relationship where either person could be described as clingy.
