DNA Ethnicity Testing can quite easily prove or disprove their claims.
Some Paki Urdus and Indian Muslims do have (atleast partailly) a West/Central Asian phenotype but most are indistinguishable from their Hindu neighbours.
Punjabis and Kashmiris generally look West/Central Asian but that’s true for Sikhs/Hindus from those regions as much as Muslims, it’s due to common origin of Indo-Iranian ppl rather than later Muslim migrations, some Kashmiri Pundits and Punjabi Sikhs can look like Persians or Afghans but they’re not descended from them.
