how many glass of water should i be drinking daily?
also post some anti-dehydration food:hmmm: i am stuffing over fruits alot but i still find that my body requires water

hhhmmm Hiya K337!!! Mashallah looking good hun… u should be drinking at least 8 to 10 glasses of water per day:bummer:…after roza drink plenty of fluids- possibly fresh fruit juices…eat lots of youghurt or drink it in smoothies or eat lots of watermelon…:yummy:…!!!

They say 7 - 8 glasses...I usually have a liter a day.

:vivo: i havent counted how many glasses i am drinking these days but all i know is i drink and then i run to bathroom and then drink again. we have such little time after iftar

I drink 1-2 litres a day, but i still feel sooo thirsty!

I really want sum water nowwwwwwwwwww :crying: we’ve still got 2 hours to go till iftari :frowning:

Try and drink 1-2 litres per day. That being said, I just cannot drink that much in the morning for sehri, or even half that amount. I was told to eat yoghurt at sehri times as it is supposed to help with hydration .... but I am not feeling those affects. I feel exactly the same.

i cant drink 8 glasses a day these days! impossible. for sehri i can only drink 1 or 2 glasses and then after iftar probably 4 glasses until i sleep. :bummer:

Nearly 90% of human body is water. It's very important to drink as much water as you can. You have to develop this habit. I drink about 4-6 liter a day. I have this 3.5 liter water bottle sitting on my desk all the time and I keep sipping through out the day. It was difficult in the beginning because I had to go to the washroom every 10 mins but now my body is used to it and hold it longer.

I work out regulary, so it is even more importan for me.
