Fiddy come to the studio really high and just says some gibberish like “Uhhhh” or “Yeah Yeah” or “I put lamborghini dooors on my escolade”. Then the DJ mixes it and the producer gives it his blessing.

In bollywood movies
they make the tune first, then song writer writes the song according to the actors personality and situation, then music is being composed.

It really depends on the genre, artist/band. I will narrate what a song writer told me. The composition comes naturally to a song writer whether its something he sees while hes flying en route for a concert, or sitting at home having a cup of tea. They put down song ideas and then try to coerce meaningful lyrics into what they start humming in their minds. After that, the song writer, who happens to start jamming to the tune on his favourite PRS, maybe have a drum machine or a tabla player rolling in the background. That is where the song is fine tuned into a true composition, its an iterative process. Thats when you goto a studio and start recording. The song is recorded in various samples, and its easy to handle with the advent of ProTools etc. Back in the day it was really hard, and almost a pain to record drums along with guitars because of bleeding. After recording, there is heavy mixing and tracking that the producer/sound engineers go through, to shape it up into the finished song.
