or even the men who chat on the phone while they drive thus making them drive at 20 mph

ive seen guys: shaving, txting, using their PDAs, using their tabs while driving which causes them to become real slow and reckless so please sir auraton ka kaam nahin hai guys do it too and drivers like these are a general hazard also seen ppl trying to drive with a sandwich in one hand n a drink in one hand ...seriously?
