How come angles know what human will do on earth if they are created
Allah is the only one who knows the feature.
“And when your Lord said to the angels: I am about to appoint a vicegerent in the earth. They said: Will you place therein such as will cause disorder in it or shed blood ? We celebrate your praise and extol your holy names. He answered: I know what you know not.” (2:30)
Even Iblis was not disobedient at that point to mislead humans from the Right Path.
“0’ angels! Fall down making obeisance to Adam” (15:29)
“And when We said to the angels: Make obeisance to Adam, they did obeisance, not so Iblis, he refused and was haughty and he was of the: rejecters.” (2:34)
“Iblis said: Give me respite till the Resurrection Day. Allah said: Be you among those who are given respite. He said: Because You have thrown me out of the way, I will certainly lie in wait for them on Your Straight Path. Then will assault them from before them and behind them, from their right and from their left, nor will You find most of them grateful.” (7: 14-18)
the commentaries say it is because jinn preceded humans on earth and the angels had already seen that the jinn had wreaked havoc there and so expected humans to do the same
That's like saying: "How come humans know how to cultivate plants. Allah should be the only one who knows that."
If the Angels could foresee the future of the humans, it means that they must have had that knowledge. Truly, Allah is most Knowledgeable, but that doesn't mean he does not teach His creations from that knowledge.

the Angels have existed before Jinn and Human.. and a creation which is totally devoted to Allah and sees Allah's first creation spread mayhem on His earth would logically assume what follows to continue that .. especially since the two would be very much the same!!!
This is an important point. Jinns.. for all matters of being God's creations, aren't supposed to be much different from humans! they had the same duty to worship Allah and will be accounted for their deeds in the hereafter.
and point to note in the same verse.. Allah says.. "I know what you know not" which strongly suggests that it was a 'guess' or 'concern' expresed by Angels, not explicit foreknowledge.
Jinns are different creature and Humans are supposed to be the advanced technology.

How angels were so accurate in their concerns.
My blind guess is that, before mankind there must be some other creature in some other galaxy and they must have shown same ugly characteristics as men show now
they both have free will and responsibility for their actions before Allah, there are believers and disbelievers… rejecting jinns because they are a “different creature” but then going on to say that "before mankind there must be some other creature " kinda defeats your own argument.
the books of history and tafsir talk of wars among the jinn and massive wars between armies of angels and jinns during which the jinn were routed to the ends of the earth… incidentally, Iblis (a jinn) commanded one such jinn army that sided with the angels and the story goes he reached his elevated position in heaven as a consequence
the angels experienced first hand what such “free willed” creatures could get up to and so expected humans to behave likewise

as far as i know because of "free will" humans are called "ashraf-ul-makhloqat" not jinns.
"gupguppy" can you give me books names in which war between jinns and angles are mention in detail.

are angles were aware of that Iblis will disobay Allah when Allah will ask him to bow to adam and he will ask ........

one more question is human can spread disorder or havok without mislead by shatan?
when we talk about a race we don't talk about each and every individual in them.. so saying the Jinn created havoc wouldn't mean each and every Jinn was involved.. so maybe Iblis was amongst the better ones.
Just like humans these days.. there are good ones fighting the good fight and then there are other who without any help from Iblis and his gang are fully capable of spreading mayhem..
Now another interesting questions emerges.... was Allah trying a second time? I mean how can that be? God can't be wrong in his creation? how come the Jinn 'experiment' went so wrong as to necessitate the creation of a whole new race? maybe God should pay more attention to angel's feedback.. :)
Angels are simpletons and carry out whatever has been told them…They however, are not dumb…
For example, Allah :swt: once asked Jibraail :as: to visit Paradise and Hell and give Him his opinions and Jibraail :as: has questioned and asked Allah :swt: in many issues…
They do possess quite a high level of intellect, as was displayed by Iblis when he rebelled…
