How and what can one do to avoid anger of oneself and others?
Well i think anger is part of some ppl's nature, i.e. hard to avoid. And though i have no problems with anger, still i try to be very tolerant and whenever i do feel an urge to get angry, i try to pre-think the consquences.
For example, say i have some point to get angry at my sister, then i'd think back to something nice she did for me, for example the day she made Kashmiri chae for me etc. And that definately calms me down and change my perception of the whole situaiton.
