To bring all this about and create the “Axis of Evil” they had to create a major event. 9/11. After that it justifies the demonizing of a leader (Saddam) or a any political party (Taliban) and list a few other countries that they are demonizing right now, like Syria and Iran.
Once that has been done the rest of the countries need only a hint of terror and result in pandemonium and chaos. Hence the bombings in Morroco and the foiling of the supposed hijacking in Jeddha.
Who will these countries go to to get protection, yes, US. And US will gladly provide the protection, station their troops, create a base and start gathering information about that country. Once all the information is gathered mass troops will no be necessary and any given country’s infrastructure will be controlled. Including trade profits and natural resources.
Then you will see people going to Hajj through US checkpoints and US soldiers will look like angels passing bottles of Zamzam to the Muslims on pilgrimmage.
If things progress in the direction that they are moving right now. watch, this too shall come true.
