So this guy is from a place called alqaida (Yemen) and was taken as AQ suspect. More than 13 years of torturous stay there, countless other inmates at Gitmo have been kept without being charged. Many have been released over the years. If the U.S. Had made mistakes wouldn't it had been gracious enough to accept it and release the innocent ones? Who would return the years these people have spent in solitary confinements? I wouldn't be surprised if some of these join the same organisations they were alleged to be a part of, due to the torture suffered by them.
