To answer your question, the area that you are talking about is called "General's colony" I don't know its official name. You have to be a retired army general to get a house there. You can also buy a house there but i've heard they cost 6 crore+ each. Still interested?

Impossible, only a serving jurnail has enough time to join GS as a moderator. Retired ones only have time to manege their businesses and properties
